Functions are open for Southwell Music Competition’s String Quartet Apprentice programme.
This scheme has run for various years and goals to help early-career instrumentalists and singers with a bundle of help throughout our summer time pageant in August.
Yearly, we choose a string quartet and a vocal quartet to be residents at Southwell Music Competition. Over six days, the string gamers obtain teaching from our crew of prime chamber music specialists, our Affiliate Inventive Director, violinist Jamie Campbell, and have the chance to current their very own 60-minute recital in addition to carry out alongside the principle orchestra in a number of important stage concert events.
All journey, lodging and meals are supplied, plus a £300 stipend per participant.
